Deviled Eggs
dozen eggs
1/3 cup Paleo Mayo (I use this one or this one)
high quality bacon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Rancher Steak Rub (Wildtree)
        Boil eggs, peel and slice in half. Put yolks in a bowl and mix with all ingredients except for bacon. You may need to add a little more  or less mayo until you get desired consistency. You may also might want to add a little salt  to your liking. Cook bacon until crispy. Fill each egg with mixture and top with bacon.

Lemon Garlic Broccoli 
1 head of fresh broccoli
2 tbsp garlic grapeseed oil
1 lemon
1 clove of garlic minced
sea salt
 
   Cut broccoli stems off and discard. Mix broccoli and large bowl with oil, salt, minced garlic and the zest of one lemon. Line a baking sheet with foil and cook broccoli at 350 until tender. Season              
                                                      with salt to liking.

Brussel Sprouts
3 tbsp of garlic grapeseed oil
1 bag of brussel sprouts, bottoms cut off and halved
sea salt

           Heat oil in cast iron skillet add sprouts and salt. stir to coat sprout in oil. Cook until slightly tender and starting to brown. Place skillet in 400 oven, stir often until sprouts are very tender and brown. Add salt to liking.





Green Beans
1 lb of fresh green beans
2 tsp garlic grapeseed oil (Wildtree)
Rancher Steak Rub

        Stem green beans until tender. Heat oil in cast iron skillet and cook until slightly browned. Add Rancher Steak Rub to season until liking.






Cole Slaw
1 bag of cole slaw cabbage
1/3 cup mayo (I use this one or this one)
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp raw honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in large bowl and combine. Add more or less mayo until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to liking.


Honey Glazed Carrots
1 bag baby carrots
2 tbsp Kerry Gold Butter
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tsp fresh dill
sea salt

       Heat butter in cast iron skillet until melted add remainder of ingredients and cook until carrots are tender. Stirring often to prevent them from burning. You may need to add more butter/honey if they get to dry.


Mashed Sweet Potatoes
4 large sweet potatoes
garlic grapeseed oil (Wildtee)
3 tbsp of Kerry Gold Butter
salt/pepper

        Coat potatoes in oil and wrap in tin foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 for an hour or until potatoes are soft and cooked all the way through. Scoop out potatoes and place in large bowl. Mash them with butter and salt.

Spiced:
2tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Combine seasonings into above recipe for mashed sweet potatoes.

Mashed Cauliflower
1 head of chopped cauliflower
2 tbsp of Kerry Gold Butter
2 cloves garlic
salt/pepper

Steam cauliflower until very tender. Transfer into blender (I use a Vitamix) add garlic and butter. Blend until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
